Job Overview

The Wind Turbine Maintenance Supervisor will lead a dedicated team of technicians responsible for the operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of wind turbine assets across multiple sites in the Alexandria region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor ensures optimal turbine performance, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance activities for a fleet of wind turbines.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to execute upgrades, retrofits, and performance enhancements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and performance reports.
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Participate in performance reviews, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement workshops.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of wind turbine mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.

Education
