We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Geospatial Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting geospatial data to support our water management initiatives.
Job Overview
The Sustainable Geospatial Analyst will be responsible for:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in geospatial technology and experience working with large datasets. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret geospatial data to support water management initiatives
- Develop and implement geospatial models to predict water demand and supply
- Collaborate with water professionals to identify and prioritize water management projects
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and tools
- Provide training and technical assistance to water professionals on geospatial technology
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Geospatial Technology or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in geospatial analysis and modeling
- Strong background in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience working with large datasets and geospatial databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education
The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Geospatial Technology or a related field. They will also have a strong background in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in geospatial analysis and modeling. They will also have experience working with large datasets and geospatial databases.
Salary
The salary for this position is EGP 8,000 – 12,000 per month.
