Job Overview:As an Environmental Sustainability Consultant at PepsiCo Egypt, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sustainable practices across our operations, supply chain, and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks, develop and implement sustainability strategies, and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and plans to reduce environmental impact
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and NGOs
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance and progress
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in environmental sustainability, consulting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
