Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data center operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in data center operations. They will also have a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the data center, including the installation and maintenance of equipment.
- Oversee a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all data center operations are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the data center.
