Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team in Asyut, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. They will also be passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and contributing to the growth of the Egyptian economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed to the required standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
Required Skills
- Strong background in renewable energy, including solar and wind power.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and control projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy or related field.
Experience
8-12 years of experience in renewable energy project management, including experience in solar and wind power.
Salary
