Job Overview

At Microsoft Egypt, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Accessibility Specialist to join our Accessibility Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services are accessible to people with disabilities.

The Digital Accessibility Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address accessibility barriers in our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations for improving accessibility in our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address accessibility barriers.
  • Develop and maintain accessibility standards and guidelines for our products and services.
  • Provide training and support to employees on accessibility best practices.

    • Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Section 508, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

    Experience

    5-7 years of experience in accessibility or a related field.

    Salary

    SSP 15,000 – 25,000 per month.
