Job Overview
As a Digital Learning Content Developer, you will design, develop, and implement interactive educational content for K-12 and higher education. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and software developers to create engaging, standards-aligned digital learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce multimedia-based learning modules using e-learning authoring tools.
- Collaborate with educators to align content with national and international curricula.
- Integrate gamification and interactive elements to enhance student engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of digital learning platforms and content.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in educational technology and pedagogy.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Creativity in developing visually appealing and interactive content.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in educational content development, preferably in e-learning or EdTech environments.
Salary
80,000 – 120,000 SSP annually, based on experience and performance.
