Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead end‑to‑end digital initiatives, guiding clients through the adoption of cloud, AI, and analytics solutions that drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through the full lifecycle of digital initiatives, from discovery and design to deployment and post‑implementation support.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, maturity assessments, and ROI analyses to identify gaps and prioritize technology investments.
  • Collaborate with Oracle’s product specialists to tailor cloud, ERP, and data analytics solutions that meet industry‑specific requirements.
  • Drive change management activities, including training, communication plans, and adoption metrics, to ensure sustainable impact.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities by engaging with C‑level executives, presenting value propositions, and securing project commitments.
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs, budget, and timeline, providing regular status reports to senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory developments to continuously enhance service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) and enterprise software integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Education

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or relevant certifications in cloud technologies are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Experience

A minimum of five to seven years of experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation projects is required. Candidates should have a track record of successful engagements in at least two of the following sectors: manufacturing, retail, public sector, or healthcare. Prior experience within a leading technology consultancy or a major enterprise IT department is preferred.

Salary
