The Curriculum Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, reviewing, and enhancing academic programs across undergraduate and graduate levels. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify gaps in existing curricula and propose evidence‑based improvements.
• Develop detailed course outlines, learning outcomes, assessment strategies, and instructional materials in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Ensure all curricula comply with accreditation requirements of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and international bodies such as AACSB and ABET.
• Integrate innovative pedagogical approaches, including blended learning, competency‑based education, and digital resources.
• Facilitate faculty workshops and training sessions on curriculum design, instructional technology, and assessment best practices.

Required Skills
