The Curriculum Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, reviewing, and enhancing academic programs across undergraduate and graduate levels. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify gaps in existing curricula and propose evidence‑based improvements.
- Develop detailed course outlines, learning outcomes, assessment strategies, and instructional materials in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
- Ensure all curricula comply with accreditation requirements of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and international bodies such as AACSB and ABET.
- Integrate innovative pedagogical approaches, including blended learning, competency‑based education, and digital resources.
- Facilitate faculty workshops and training sessions on curriculum design, instructional technology, and assessment best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented curricula through student performance data, feedback surveys, and industry stakeholder input.
- Maintain a centralized curriculum repository and ensure version control for all program documentation.
- Collaborate with the Career Services Center to align academic programs with emerging job market trends in Egypt and the broader MENA region.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities to assess educational needs and market demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with curriculum management software and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard.

Education

Experience
Applicants should possess 3‑5 years of proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic program management within a university or comparable educational institution. Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 SSP, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary reviews are conducted annually, and performance‑based bonuses may be awarded.
