Job Overview
The Sustainability Program Coordinator will lead the implementation of renewable energy projects across Nestlé Egypt’s manufacturing facilities. This role is critical to advancing the company’s commitment to Egypt Jobs in the renewable energy sector and aligning with global sustainability goals. The position is based in Shubra El-Kheima, a key industrial hub in the Nile Delta region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute renewable energy programs including solar, wind, and bioenergy solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate sustainable technologies into production processes
- Monitor and report on carbon footprint reduction metrics
- Coordinate with local government agencies for regulatory compliance
- Lead stakeholder engagement for community sustainability projects
Required Skills
- Expertise in renewable energy systems design and implementation
- Strong project management capabilities
- Knowledge of Egyptian environmental regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Energy Engineering, or related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Professional certifications in sustainability (LEED, PMP) advantageous
Experience
- 3-5 years in renewable energy project management
- Experience in industrial sustainability programs
- Proven track record in cross-functional team leadership
Salary
