Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating import and export shipments, including scheduling and tracking
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
- Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers
- Accurately enter shipment data into internal systems
- Help resolve shipment-related issues such as delays or documentation discrepancies
- Generate operational reports on shipment status and performance
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
