Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electric forklifts
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and execute effective repairs
  • Support mobile service unit operations with on-site customer service
  • Ensure maximum equipment availability and uptime
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and service calls within SLAs
  • Prepare service and maintenance reports
  • Coordinate with spare parts and technical teams
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in maintenance or after-sales service of forklifts or similar equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
  • Experience with PLCs and industrial automation (preferred)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in maintenance software and MS Office
