Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and QA teams for timely order fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory updates
  • Prepare regular sales and export performance reports
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B export sales or international business development
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and shipping procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required)
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and international payment methods
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel internationally
