Job Description

FlakeTech is looking for a skilled and data-driven Media Buyer to join its digital marketing team. This role is ideal for a performance-focused professional with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying target audiences, managing advertising budgets, and driving high-performing campaigns that maximize return on investment. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns across social media and search platforms, particularly within the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Identify target audiences and develop effective media buying strategies
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Allocate and manage budgets to achieve optimal performance and cost efficiency
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI
Test and experiment with new marketing channels and advertising platforms
Track key performance indicators and generate performance reports
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align campaign messaging
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in media buying or digital marketing
Strong experience in managing campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads
Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly preferred
Familiarity with Egyptian and GCC markets is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in media buying and digital campaign management
Experience working in digital agencies or e-commerce companies is a plus
