Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & SystemsManage and maintain office IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, printers, and related hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and required software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime. Network Management
Manage and maintain the office network including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewall devices.Ensure stable and secure internet connectivity across the office.
Coordinate with internet service providers and vendors for network-related support. Help Desk & Technical Support.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding IT-related issues.Provide help desk support for hardware, software, email, and network issues.Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to laptops, desktops, printers, and applications.
Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Provide basic training and guidance to employees on IT systems and tools. User & System Administration
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across company systems.Support Microsoft services administration including Office 365, email setup, and user management.
Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of employees from IT systems. Hardware & Asset ManagementMaintain inventory of all IT equipment and assets.
Coordinate procurement, installation, and replacement of IT hardware when needed.
Ensure proper maintenance and lifecycle management of IT assets. Security & Data ManagementEnsure compliance with company IT security policies and procedures.Support data backup processes and basic cybersecurity measures.Assist in protecting company systems and data from security risks. Vendor & Service CoordinationCoordinate with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.Manage maintenance agreements and support contracts related to IT services. Documentation & ReportingMaintain documentation for IT systems, networks, licenses, and equipment.Provide periodic reports on IT issues, system performance, and support activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT administration.Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft environments (Office 365, Windows).Experience in providing help desk and end-user technical support.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.Key CompetenciesTechnical troubleshootingHelp desk supportNetwork managementIT security awarenessCommunication and customer support skillsOrganization and documentation skills
