Job Overview
Groupe Atlantic is seeking a skilled Supplier Quality & Quality Assurance Engineer to join its manufacturing operations in Cairo. The role focuses on managing supplier quality performance, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving continuous improvement across quality systems within the plant.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Quality Management (SQM)
- Manage supplier quality complaints arising from internal or customer issues
- Plan and execute inspection activities for incoming materials and shipments
- Monitor supplier quality costs and performance
- Develop and update procedures related to incoming inspections
- Ensure approval of production components (PPAP / PSW) before warehouse reception
- Handle on-hold materials related to supplier issues
- Review and maintain control plans and inspection documentation
- Drive improvement initiatives and present performance results
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Lead plant-level management review activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer regulations
- Implement corrective and preventive actions from audits
- Plan and execute internal audit programs
- Ensure closure and verification of PDCA cycles
- Maintain document control systems across the plant
- Promote awareness and application of quality tools (QRQC, PDCA, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, calibration, or supplier quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes
- Familiarity with standardization and calibration procedures
- Experience with control plans and sampling techniques
