Job Description
- Develop and execute the area corporate sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Own and deliver area revenue, margin, and portfolio quality targets.
- Identify growth opportunities across industries and segments within the assigned geography.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
- Lead complex negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Expand wallet share within existing accounts while acquiring new corporate clients.
- Monitor client profitability and manage credit/commercial risk exposure.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership sustainability.
- Monitor funnel health, win/loss ratios, and revenue predictability.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to adjust tactical plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing frameworks, and approval matrices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate/ B2B sales from 2 to 3 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in corporate (B2B) sales, with demonstrated exposure to team supervision or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Solid experience within the same industry or serving a similar corporate customer segment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Sound business acumen with good financial understanding (pricing, margins, profitability).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
